I have been in this business for over twenty years. I love it. Every day is unique. It gives me a different opportunity to make my clients feel good about themselves. There was a time, many years ago, when I thought my calling in life was something different. But a corporate work environment just wasn't me. This is what I was meant to do, it kept calling me back. Deep down inside, I guess I've known all along.

Jade Michaud - (daughter) Licensed Nail Technician   

My career as a nail tech began not to long after my mother opened the salon. Beforehand I was a dog groomer, it was what I thought I would always be doing. Little did I know I would end up learning a new trade from my mother, and become a nail technician. My passion for caring for animals will always remain, but now my new passion is learning different aspects of the beauty industry. I also enjoy meeting new clients and making people feel their best. Currently I live in Rindge NH, with my husband Kevin and my daughters, Avery and Lylah. We have three dogs and two cats. I enjoy being here at Healing Hands and hope to make everyones experience here an enjoyable one.

Taya Salo- Licensed Nail Technician

I am a native of Rindge and love New Hampshire. I cherish my family and friends and love meeting new people. My recent marriage has only made my life fuller. After graduating high school as an honor student, the path my life would take was still unsure. Finding a new career at the salon, is something that fit me like a glove. I have always been artistic and love to create. As a very outgoing person, this is more than a job for me, it is an extension of my lifestyle!

Vanessa Thornton- Licensed Nail Technician

For several years, I have been a nail technician. I love the people, their stories and making new friends. My family is very important to me, we have a great relationship. I enjoy working at the salon, the atmosphere here is both comforting and nourishing. We are more like family than co-workers and I like that too.

Vikkie Jewell- Licensed Nail Technician

I think I've know for many years, that customer service is my forte. I love the interaction with people and can converse with anyone on just about any subject. I am married, have two beautiful children and enjoy the time I spend with my family. I love animals and currently have a dog and two cats. If my life had gone in a different direction, I might have tried my hand at stand up comedy. It seems making people laugh is something I do that comes very easy. It makes me feel good. This is a great job for me, I get plenty of personal satisfaction and make other people look and feel good as well.
